The Founder

Hi, I’m Vina Torossian and I created Karaka as a leadership brand grounded in both strategy and human behavior.

My background combines:

  • A Finance degree from Bryant University

  • A certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School

  • Certification in Positive Psychology from the Whole Being Institute

  • Ongoing Certification in Professional Organizer - IAP College

This blend allows me to approach organizing differently—
not just as a functional task, but as a way to influence how people think, act, and lead.

Because clarity is not just physical—it’s mental, emotional, and behavioral.

In both personal and professional life, I’ve seen the same pattern:
